The ₹399 deposit is a commitment fee that confirms your session slot. It is fully refundable — you will receive a complete refund within 7 business days of attending the session, regardless of whether you choose to enrol in the programme or not.
If your payment fails, please wait a few minutes and try again. If the amount was debited from your account but you did not receive a confirmation, email us at [email protected] with your payment reference or screenshot. We will investigate and resolve within 3 business days.
Yes. Please email us at [email protected] at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to request a reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the ₹399 deposit.
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of your session and typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us with your payment reference.
The PCA Mentorship Programme is designed for working IT professionals — QA Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and similar roles — with 4 to 20 years of experience who want to transition into Product Management. The Career Mapping Session is the first step to assess fit.
The Career Mapping Session is a 45–60 minute 1-on-1 call with Sachin Sharma. During the session, Sachin will review your background, identify the gaps between your current profile and PM roles you are targeting, and map out a clear transition strategy. You will leave with a personalised action plan — regardless of whether you enrol in the full programme.
