Product Career Academy ("PCA", "we", "us", "our") is a brand operating under Smash Career Academy, a registered Sole Proprietorship business in India. We help IT professionals transition into Product Management through structured mentorship programs and career advisory sessions.

By submitting an application, making a payment, booking a session, or using any service on this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

The Career Mapping Session and PCA Mentorship Program are available exclusively to:

• Working professionals currently employed in an IT or technology role.
• Individuals with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• Individuals who are genuinely interested in transitioning into Product Management.

PCA reserves the absolute right to decline any application that does not meet these criteria, without obligation to provide a reason.

The Career Mapping Session is a 45-minute live video session conducted by Sachin Sharma's expert team. By booking a session, you agree to the following:

• Session allocation: PCA reserves the right to assign the most appropriate team member to conduct your session. Sessions are not exclusively conducted by Sachin Sharma personally.
• Slot confirmation: A session booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the ₹399 seat deposit payment and issuance of a booking confirmation email.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by emailing [email protected]. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the session are eligible for a full refund of the ₹399 deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are subject to PCA's discretion.
• No-show: Failure to attend the session without prior cancellation results in forfeiture of the ₹399 deposit. No refund will be issued.
• Technical issues: In the event of a technical failure on PCA's end that prevents the session from being conducted, you will be offered a free rescheduled session or a full refund.

The ₹399 seat deposit is a commitment deposit, not a service fee. It is charged at the time of booking to confirm your slot and ensure attendance from serious applicants only.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Smash Career Academy is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card network after the refund has been initiated on our end.

If you choose to enroll in PCA's 1-on-1 PM Mentorship Program after your Career Mapping Session, the following terms apply:

• Program fees: Current program fees are communicated at the time of enrollment and are binding for that enrollment cycle.
• Payment plans: Where a payment plan is agreed, all installments are binding. Non-payment of any installment may result in suspension of program access.
• Program delivery: All sessions and materials are delivered digitally. There is no physical delivery of goods.

All payments on this website are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you confirm that:

• You are the authorised user of the payment method being used.
• The payment information provided is accurate and complete.
• You authorise Smash Career Academy to charge the stated amount for the service selected.

Smash Career Academy does not store your credit or debit card details. All financial data is handled exclusively by Razorpay in accordance with their PCI-DSS security standards.

PCA provides career guidance, strategic frameworks, and mentorship based on your individual profile. However:

• We do not guarantee job placement, specific salary outcomes, or a minimum number of interview calls.
• Results vary significantly based on individual effort, market conditions, interview performance, and employer decisions — all of which are outside PCA's control.
• Testimonials and case studies shared on this website represent individual experiences and are not typical results.

All content on this website and delivered through PCA's programs — including but not limited to frameworks, templates, session recordings, slides, written materials, and methodologies — is the exclusive intellectual property of Smash Career Academy.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any PCA content without prior written consent.
• Recording of live sessions without explicit written permission from PCA is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing of program materials with third parties — whether paid or unpaid — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

While using our services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your application or during sessions.
• Misrepresent your professional background or credentials.
• Use PCA's services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any proprietary program content.
• Harass, threaten, or behave inappropriately toward any PCA team member.

PCA reserves the right to terminate your access to any service without refund if you engage in prohibited conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Smash Career Academy's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, lost earnings, or reputational harm.
• We are not responsible for any technical failures caused by third-party platforms including Razorpay, Calendly, or Zoom.

Smash Career Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If unresolved through negotiation, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
